Hey! I'm Paolo Ciullo, I'm 31 years old. I started 10 years ago as a professional pizza chef, and after a lot of experience gained, together with my wife Susy we decided to create a small pizzeria in the heart of Florence with a single objective, to bring a "different" pizza, innovative in aromas and flavours. In recent years our mission has been to express goodness and genuineness while remaining faithful to tradition, trying to create a perfect combination of childhood memories and emotions. Our Secret: Knowledge of Raw Materials and above all the use of refined and well-structured flours. Stimulated by so much success received in recent years, first with the inclusion in the Gambero Rosso Guide and then recognized as Best Pizza Florence 2023, we are working on a new project, which sees us engaged in the distribution of Pizza Bases for both the Horeca and Private Sectors.
