Mother yeast, ancient grain dough and organic ingredients for a healthier, more digestible and genuine pizza. Our organic pizza has more intense flavor and taste, more vitamins and mineral salts, less gluten. Our sourdough was born on March 10, 2015. A cold-extracted Zevio apple puree provided the first sugars necessary for the natural maturation to be activated. Since then, we have kept this precious ingredient away from light in special Grottaglie ceramic jars, one for each day of the week. You will find us in the heart of the historic center of Verona, between Piazza dei Signori and Cortile Mercato Vecchio, right under the Torre dei Lamberti and a stone's throw from the Achille Forti Museum of Modern Art.
