Our pizzeria

Our pizza is made with the highest quality products. The dough is made with great care, especially in leavening where no yeasts are used and it is left to mature in the fridge. Among other things, we produce Apulian-style bread made with durum wheat semolina, stone-ground flour and sourdough, all naturally leavened.
