WHO WE ARE
We are passionate about ice cream, the really good kind.
Since we opened in 2018, we at Gandini Il Gelato have been committed to giving the right value to artisanal ice cream, produced by hand and with excellent raw materials.
This is because, in our opinion, good ice cream has no secrets: Simple, clear and quality ingredients. Creativity and balance in taste. The right passion. A careful ethic aimed at sustainability.
There are no ready-made bases at the base of our artisanal ice cream.

OUR ETHICS
For us it is important to look to the future, without ignoring the present.
We pay particular attention to all personal needs, so that everyone can enjoy a good ice cream. Celiacs, intolerants and vegans, lovers of creams or fruit, looking for new experiences or great classics, we have something for all tastes!
Furthermore, we also care about the well-being of our planet and try to be as eco-sustainable as possible through the use of compostable material and the (almost) total rejection of plastic.
Dairy quality
Hay milk, cream and yogurt come from Alpine pastures in Alto Adige. Goat's milk and ricotta, however, come from local producers.
Seasonal Organic Fruit
The seasonal fruit comes from an excellent 0 km farm. Citrus fruits, on the other hand, are 100% Sicilian.
Eco Friendly
We respect the environment with ethical production from the ingredient to the packaging. We use compostable raw materials. We are eco-sustainable by nature.
