(IBU: 22 / EBC: 24, Alc. 6.2% vol.) Our first bottom-fermented beer. It has an amber color and persistent foam. Characterized by the use of Munich malt, which provides pronounced olfactory and gustatory notes of brioche bread, bread crust, chestnut honey and plum jam. Medium-bodied, it ends with little bitterness with a light ethyl warming that warms the palate.
