Pisco Sour Pisco, Sweet & Sour.The Pisco Sour is a cocktail created by Victor Morris in 1916, a variation of the more famous Whiskey Sour. As the basis for his new blend, Victor used "Pisco", a Peruvian wine distillate made from Uve Muscatel.
They are drinks prepared with a base of lemon juice and sugar. The name of the cocktail refers to the liquor used in mixing and therefore: Whiskey Sour, Pisco Sour, Apricot Sour...
