Baked Lasagna
Baked lasagna, which in Verona we call it pasticcio, but it's not. Very fine egg pasta sheets, simmering meat sauce, a very light bechamel and to finish a generous sprinkling of parmesan. INGREDIENTS: type 00 flour, milk, salt, beef, pork and veal, tomato, onion, carrots, nutmeg, parmesan (lactose-free), seed oil.
