Mixed cold cuts, mixed cheeses, chopped lard & 18 month Parmigiano Reggiano, Capannina sauce, sweet cream, 8 tigelle.Traditional bread from the Modenese Apennines, revisited with a personal recipe. Our semi-wholemeal dough makes them lighter and this allows you to eat more of them! They are filled with cold cuts, fresh cheeses, sauces and Nutella. Excellent if accompanied by a good bottle of Lambrusco. Each specialty is intended per person, ordering one for two involves a supplement of 4 euros.
