The May Bockbier, that beer that is festively tasted at the official opening of the barrel by the Bavarian Finance Minister in the Hofbräuhaus. Malty, full-bodied, produced for the first time in 1614, it is the oldest Bockbier in Munich. HB Maibock, a bottom-fermented beer, is amber in color with creamy foam and a baroque aroma of light toasted malt. The flavor is very full, aromatic, with a delicate final note of hops. Alcohol content: 7.2% vol.
