Who we are
We are Erol and Marianna, two true pizza lovers who in 2017 created La Sfarinata with a very specific objective: to make a tasty, healthy and light Veronese-style Pan Pizza.
La Sfarinata wants to enhance pizza as a dish with a popular soul, tasty and without pretense.
We like to ensure that everyone can indulge in a pizza with selected, high-quality ingredients to return to the simple and genuine flavors of the past without many frills.
Our dough
Why will you fall in love with our pizza?
Because it is the first artisanal Veronese-style pizza in a pan, made with sourdough and a careful selection of semi-wholemeal flours. A dough left to rest for at least 36 hours which combines tradition and innovation to create a crispy, light and tasty pizza.
But it doesn't end here! We love filling our pan with healthy and natural ingredients, free of preservatives and coming from specific Italian regions. Because for us it's not quantity that matters so much but quality!
