Type: Strong Ale - Alcohol content: 8% - Colour: Golden blonde - 33cl. The name is that of the mute dwarves, inhabitants of the Achouffe forest, who regained the use of speech by drinking the water from the spring. They later revealed the secret to Pierre Gobron who began producing beer with this pure water: this is why La Chouffe is a "magic" beer! With the addition of coriander it has become a specialty loved all over the world.
