Romy Pils is proof that the Belgians don't only know how to make strong or refermented beers: this pils is an excellent example of this brewing style; It has a light golden color, with a light but compact foam: it inspires freshness at the mere sight. On the nose the aroma is delicate and fresh, thanks to the light malty notes and the pungent hint of hops. In the mouth it has a light body, but still shows personality, with the initial malt being perfectly "cleaned" by the bitter notes of the hops which are clearly present. A beer for all seasons and all dishes, excellent for quenching thirst and refreshing, especially on a hot summer day.
