Wine obtained with the ancient "ripasso" technique which consists of a double fermentation of Valpolicella on the Amatone pomace, it has a deep ruby red color, with a complex aroma of red fruit, vinous and spicy. In the mouth it is full-bodied, generous, warm and persistent.
