There are three ingredients that make Pizzeria Leon d'Oro unique: the harmony between metropolitan environments and the elegant nineteenth-century patrician façade; a well-kept garden enhanced by brand new lighting and stone-ground flour, the main ingredient of our pizza dough. Stone-ground flour is our flagship. Obtained by grinding 100% Italian wheat, it preserves the wheat germ intact which provides our body with more fibre, enzymes and mineral salts, for healthier nutritional values, as well as an unmistakable taste. But we didn't stop there. All the ingredients we use to fill our pizzas are of Italian origin, with particular attention to excellence.
