Since 1973, the digestibility of doughs has been our prerogative. To date you can find 4 different types of dough that meet the different needs of our customers from the traditional one of thin and fragrant 00 flour, to those with wholemeal flours, more hydrated and with a higher crust.

We are "just" a pizzeria by choice. In fact, you will not find any type of cooking dish here.
We believe that pizza, without taking anything away from the excellent Italian cuisine, is a product with which you cannot compromise. This is why we have chosen to specialize solely in it with the aim of offering you the best experience possible.
