Fior di latte, chanterelles, pumpkin cream, Dobbiaco, flavored bread, capocollo from Martina Franca [1.7] From a reinterpretation of the traditional pizza in pala. A highly hydrated dough for a crunchy and crumbly crust, honeycombed and soft inside. Lightness is king, even though to make a pizza you can start with 300 g of dough.
