Our pizza has all the flavor of simplicity

Our pizza is prepared with love and time: this is why our dough contains less than 5% oil and matures for no less than 72 hours. The expert hands of our pizza chefs create an ideal combination of flavors and tastes, thanks to the toppings with selected raw materials. With us you can also choose the pizza dough as you like: low and crunchy, high with a crust, or "in the middle".

Our kitchen

Pizzikotto is also an excellent pasta dish and a tasty and light second course. Like our pizzas, our dishes are also the result of healthy and simple cooking, respecting fresh raw materials. For our fresh pasta we use durum wheat semolina from organic farming, we use salmon cooked sous vide and at low temperature. For you also the best burgers, accompanied by fried, baked or liffe potatoes!

Liffo, from the Reggio dialect, is everything that is good and delicious. Our lifferia is made up of traditional Emilian and Italian desserts, reinterpreted and handcrafted, ideal after one of our delicious pizzas!
