Its true character is fully revealed only when tasted, with a soft, round entrance, on hints of malt, which recall the biscuit perceived on the nose and caramel, then turns towards a dry and peppery finish that prepares the palate for an intriguing finale bitterish, long and persistent, with earthy hints, undergrowth and herbaceous aromas. The medium body connects everything, completely hides the alcoholic sensation and invites for the second pint.
