Elegant Prosecco, usually reserved for the tables of the Pederiva family for more than 58 years. Straw yellow color with very fine foam and persistent perlage, particular aromatic scent that combines various extraordinary exotic scents with aromas of apple and pear. On the palate it exhibits uncommon creaminess, elegance and persistence with a balanced aftertaste that recalls fruity notes. Ideal as an aperitif, but can also accompany the whole meal, especially if based on fish, as well as various desserts after a meal. Important intermediary of every convivial occasion.
