It is made with some spices and aromatic herbs in infusion, among which the following stand out: orange peel, cardamom, star anise, coriander and mint. Due to the use of various spices and aromatic herbs, it is called Piazza delle Erbe, in honor of the many Venetian squares that bear this name.
