The GALIVM Brauhaus, restaurant and craft brewery, was born in 2012 with a simple and original formula: good food, good beer and a cheerful, welcoming and informal environment, suitable for all ages. The kitchen offers genuine and tasty dishes, prepared with quality raw materials, such as grilled cockerel, pizza by the metre, tasty sandwiches and traditional local specialties such as frico, sopressa, polenta, and cold cuts and cheeses. To accompany the meal, the craft beers created by the master brewer of Galivm. Everything you need for a pleasant and cheerful evening with friends or family.



Our specialties



Pizza



A secret recipe and double leavening lasting 48 hours make our pizza fragrant, light and digestible. Stuffed with a selection of fresh and genuine ingredients, it is served exclusively by the meter or half a metre, to be enjoyed in company. The special backsplash, with the heated steel tray, keeps the pizza good and crunchy for a long time, to allow you to have a chat between bites.



Beer



 GALIVM beers, born from our craft brewery and the skill of our master brewer, are the ideal accompaniment for any dish or for a moment in company. Discover all the variations of our craft beers: the unfiltered blonde Helles with medium alcohol content; the unfiltered red Dunkel with a medium strength and a strong flavour; the thirst-quenching Blanche, creamy with top fermentation and the slightly bitter and refreshing APA!



cockerel



Tasty and slightly spicy, our cockerel is served with french fries (or grilled vegetables), toasted bread and Galivm sauce. What makes it so good? The secret recipe with 32 spices and aromatic herbs, cooking on coal embers with the "churrasco" system and respecting cooking times, which allows you to obtain a soft, well-cooked product with a crispy skin. This is why our rooster is the true KING of GALIVM.
